One way we try to engage our kids is through games. Any kind of game. It can be mini golf, a trip into The Void, or visiting a sporting event. Those are bigger experiences and memories we still talk about. But what about day-to-day interactions? We use board games for that engagement. Right now, Ticket To Ride has a constant seat at family game night. Listen to the podcast here: https://traffic.libsyn.com/secure/bodaciouslyawesomefamilyshow/ticket_2_ride_mixdown.mp3Podcast: Play in new window | Download We play a lot of different board games (we’ll be posting some new game-centric podcasts over the next few weeks and months as well). Usually, games fall in and out of favor with some member of the family. Not this one. Ticket To Ride has been a staple for us for almost two years. If you need some family togetherness – this may be the ticket. It’s even gone beyond our nuclear family with numerous other extended family members purchasing it. Let us know if there are experiences or games you’d like us to take on for you. If you leave us a comment on iTunes with your name, we’ll give you a special shout out on a future show. You also can connect with the show on Facebook and Twitter. You Might Also Like...
