We know everyone is trapped at home. The only thing worse than being sequestered away amid social distancing is the fact that you are possibly holed up with your kids as well. Kids who have enough energy to power a nuclear submarine. Kids who never stop. Ever. At least, that’s the case with my kids. I love them, but I really wish they could sit and relax for a few hours (or days, given the circumstances). That is just not in their DNA, however. As such, we’re introducing: The Schools Out Workout. We talk more about it on today’s podcast: http://traffic.libsyn.com/bodaciouslyawesomefamilyshow/Schools_Out_Workout_completed.mp3Podcast: Play in new window | Download We also started a YouTube channel with the exercises. So far, we’ve launched one every day our school has been out. And so far… they’ve been great. It gives the kids something fun to do and gets them overly active for 20-30 minutes. You can find all the videos here. If you’re looking for a more unique indoor experience to have during this time… can we recommend cricket tostadas? Let us know if there are experiences you’d like us to take on for you. If you leave us a comment on iTunes with your name, we’ll give you a special shout out on a future show. You also can connect with the show on Facebook and Twitter. You Might Also Like...
